Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Fixory (“The Fixory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC# 360449), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit thefixory.com (the “Site”), request a quote, upload an inspection report, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address.
  • Property and project details — the location, condition, and scope of work for repairs, BINSR items, remodeling, or maintenance.
  • Documents you upload — inspection reports (including BINSR PDFs), photos, and related files.
  • Account information — if you register for a customer, agent, or vendor portal, your login credentials and role.
  • Payment information — billing details processed through our payment provider (see “Third-Party Services”). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — messages you send us by form, email, or phone.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies. We use these to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide quotes, estimates, and scheduling for our Services.
  • Parse and process inspection reports, including with AI-assisted tools, to generate repair line items and estimates.
  • Perform contracted work, manage jobs, and issue invoices.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Communicate with you about your project, send transactional emails (quote, invoice, and scheduling notifications), and respond to inquiries.
  • Send marketing or promotional messages where permitted — you may opt out at any time.
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
  • Comply with legal, licensing, and tax obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Vendors and subcontractors assigned to your job, limited to what they need to perform the work.
  • Referring real estate agents where you were referred to us, limited to the status of the referred job.
  • Authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of The Fixory or others.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver our Services, including cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery services, AI processing services, and payment processors. These providers process your information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and accounting records, comply with our legal and licensing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and correction — you may request a copy of, or ask us to correct, the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions.
  • Marketing opt-out — you can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages.
  • Cookies — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though some features may not work as a result.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@thefixory.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
